Have a say on development standard

Standards New Zealand has released DZ4404, a draft update to the existing NZS4404:2004 Standard for Land Development and Subdivision.
There are significant changes to the sections on Roads and Stormwater.  The changes to the Roads section include new provisions for recognising good urban design principles in the design of subdivisions and roads with some new options for various environments.  There is a strong focus on placing parking in bays and more focus on target speeds for roads.
