We were engaged by a group of landowners to assist in the development of their rural land on the western outskirts of Pukekohe.

We have investigated the transportation opportunities and constraints and assisted in the development of a concept subdivision master-plan and a structure plan for the area. We have prepared an Integrated Transportation Assessment for this area that is planned to include around 600 new homes, a primary school, and a neighbourhood service centre. The assessment considers the proposed layout of the area, the impacts of the traffic on the town, and the opportunities for walking, cycling and public transport.

The plan change is to be notified later this year.
