A consortium of landowners in Takanini Structure Plan Area 2b engaged Wes Edwards Consulting to help rezone their land from rural to urban.

We reviewed the current and future transportation networks, assisted in the development of a Structure Plan for the area, helped to prepare conceptual street designs and subdivision layouts to test the structure plan, undertook a traffic impact assessment, and assisted with the preparation of a plan change.  We also acted as an expert witness in the plan change hearings.
