Kohimarama Plan Change
Our client had a challenging development problem - a block of undeveloped land in Kohimarama with relatively steep topography and constrained access and a goal of building a 200-unit apartment-style retirement village.
We assisted the team to develop practical designs for development of the site, including access and vehicle circulation and parking designs. We then undertook traffic surveys of an adjacent intersection and prepared computer models of the intersection as part of our assessment of effects, presented in an Integrated Transportation Assessment (ITA) that accompanied a Plan Change.
We provided Expert Witness services during the plan change hearings.
