Taupo East Urban Lands

We were engaged to review the masterplan for this area that proposes 2000 new houses, a town centre, and a tertiary campus in Taupo. 

We advised on subdivision layout, street and intersection design, and connections to the road network.  The masterplan makes extensive use of cycle paths and promotes numerous pedestrian-friendly aspects. 

We also appeared as an expert witness in the recent resource consent hearing.  Consent has recently been granted.
